The New Zealand soprano Hayley Westenra has personally requested that any child born on the same day as Prince William and Kate Middleton’s new arrival should receive a copy of her Hushabye album, released next week. The album is dedicated to the Royal Baby, and features a specially composed lullaby by Paul Mealor alongside new arrangements of old favourites including Twinkle Twinkle and Hushabye Mountain. It’s designed to provide a calming soundtrack to newborns and their parents.
Parents whose babies are due on 13 July can claim their free copy of the CD from Hayley’s website . The album is released on 17 June.
